These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FiveMarketplace (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by FiveMarketplace ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. If you are younger, you may only buy with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms.
Some features may require an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
The Site offers digital products for FiveM and similar GTA V multiplayer platforms, such as MLOs, maps, characters, vehicles and other resources ("Products"). When you buy a Product, you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it. You do not buy ownership of the Product or its underlying intellectual property. Unless a Product listing says otherwise, you may: • install and use the Product on server(s) you own or operate • modify the Product for use on those servers Some Products may include licence keys, encryption or unique identifiers that link each copy to its purchase.
Unless we give written permission, you must not: • share, resell, sublicense or redistribute any Product, in original or modified form • upload a Product to any file-sharing site, Discord server, forum or code repository, public or private. • remove, alter or bypass any copyright notice, licence key, identifier, encryption or other protection. • claim a Product, or a substantially similar copy of it, as your own work • use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or interfere with how it works If a Product is shared in breach of these Terms, we may revoke your licence and access without refund.
Prices are shown in USD (United States Dollars) and may change at any time. A price change does not affect orders already paid. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, whose own terms and privacy policies also apply. We never see or store your card details. Products are delivered digitally, usually straight after payment, by download link, email, account access or a connected platform. If you have not received your Product within 24 hours, contact us. Download links may expire, so keep a backup of your files. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud.
All sales are final. Because Products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be returned once you have them, so we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits after a Product has been delivered or made available to download. This includes change of mind, buying by mistake, no longer needing the Product, or incompatibility with your server, framework or other resources. Please read each Product's description, requirements and previews carefully before buying, and contact us first if you have any questions. By completing a purchase, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once delivery begins. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. If a Product is faulty, materially different from its description, or never delivered, contact us first and we will repair, replace or refund it where required. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in your licence and access being revoked.
All Products, Site content, logos and branding belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. FiveMarketplace is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. Grand Theft Auto, GTA V and FiveM are trademarks of their respective owners. You are responsible for following the FiveM and Cfx.re terms when you use any Product.
Products and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that any Product will meet your needs, be error-free, or stay compatible with future FiveM, game or framework updates. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. This includes lost profits, lost data, server downtime, or bans and penalties from third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim about a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or end your access to the Site, your account or any Product licence if you breach these Terms. Sections meant to continue after termination, including Prohibited use, Refund policy and Limitation of liability, stay in effect. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site with a new date. Each purchase is governed by the Terms in force when it was made.
